Our management philosophy is built upon a foundation of our proprietary initiative called Management For Improvement, or MFI. We believe that MFI is the best way to anticipate, meet, and exceed our clients' expectations. This philosophy is based on the basic principal that we are committed to and capable of continuously improving. In addition, we have complimented our MFI program with other disciplines such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. The result is an environment where we encourage and reward personal, departmental and company achievements and innovations that result in improved quality and/or service.
